CREATIVITY ! |
By Eva Panday
We all agree to it when it is said, 'Beauty lies in
the eyes of the beholder'. Now give it a consideration
when I say, 'Beauty lies in the eyes of the creator.'
Imagine the depth of insight of a potter who creates
pots of all possible shapes and sizes just out of mud.
Similarly how wonderful the mind of the person who
designed the Taj Mahal would have been. You create when
you imagine and you can create wonderful things in your
imagination. If you look at the great inventors you will
understand that it was nothing but their ability to
imagine great things-which did not even exit-which
others could not imagine-that helped them invent those
great things.
If you turn around and look, you will find that
everything around us is a creation. But there are only
few things that are exotic; things that stand out and
distract us are always bizarre. And this is what the
term 'Creativity' means, being different. But, creativity
today has no longer remained only an art, it has become
tact for making the mark. Just as an early bird catches
the worm, the first person to implement an innovative
idea undoubtedly achieves the targeted goal. For
instance, in the world of advertising, the advertisers
aim to make ads persuasive, therefore they try to create
curiosity using innovative punch lines, unique
promotions, etc. For e.g. Kajol left us scratching our
head in the 'Anti Marie Bureau' ad that says, 'Marie
Khana chod do'.
Creativity is a kind of spell that can zip up not only
your bedroom walls, but your moods as well. Uncommon or
new ideas add vigor in the environment and instill in
your mind the feeling of satisfaction. So the next time
you get sitting idle, do not fool around. Imagine your
creation-----may be you can end up painting another Mona
